Overview
we are seeking a motivated and professional Independent Sales Representative to help promote, market, and sell the company’s products and services.
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable building relationships, and able to generate new customer accounts through outreach, referrals, networking, and sales communication.
The Sales Representative will work independently and manage their own schedule. There are no fixed work hours, no guaranteed income, and no guaranteed minimum sales volume.
Duties
- Promote, market, and sell the company’s products and services
- Introduce new individual customers, doctors, clinics, healthcare providers, wellness professionals, and other business accounts
- Generate sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and relationship building
- Communicate with potential customers regarding products, pricing, and ordering process
- Assist with customer communication and follow-up during the sales process
- Help obtain purchase orders, order confirmations, or approved customer agreements
- Maintain professional communication with customers and the company
- Follow company-approved pricing, product information, and sales guidelines
- Avoid making unauthorized medical, therapeutic, or misleading claims about company products
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred; ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and customer service best practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the day
- Excellent organizational skills for route planning and inventory management
- Basic math proficiency for calculating costs, discounts, and sales figures
- Prior experience in sales or merchandising is advantageous
- Prior sales, customer service, wellness, supplement, healthcare, clinic, or B2B experience preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Independent Contractor Status
This is an independent contractor position. The Sales Representative is not an employee, partner, joint venturer, or legal agent of the company.
The Sales Representative is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, permits, expenses, transportation, phone, internet, meals, marketing costs, and any other business-related expenses unless otherwise approved in writing by the company.
Compensation Structure
This position is paid by commission based on Gross Sales Revenue from qualified sales directly introduced, generated, or closed by the Sales Representative.
