Charmed is a fun and lively downtown ladies fashion & accessory boutique looking for a Full-Time (year-round) Sales Associate/Key Holder with sales experience and dynamic customer service skills.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The primary responsibilities of Sales Associate/Key Holder within our boutiques consist of:
- Greeting & assisting guests with the exemplary customer service we're known for
- Proficiency of product knowledge, with the ability to convert that understanding into effective merchandising and reaching sales goals
- Maintaining consistent cleanliness of boutique and organization of displays
- Opening or closing of store and handling basic, day-to-day operations with limited supervision
- Primary days for this position are: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
The ideal qualifications for this position are:
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling and product demonstrations
- Ability to effectively use POS systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication skills and a 'can-do', customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and reliably to complete tasks, as well as with other team members to create a positive environment for guests and staff alike

ABOUT THE PAY:
- Starting pay for this position is $15 / hr base hourly pay + additional monthly sales bonus (typically $18 - $19/hr or above).
- This position also includes paid training with 30-day review, paid vacation & holidays, discounts on merchandise, company-paid downtown parking and a consistent, convenient schedule.
