The AT&T Customer Representative will be the first point of contact between our clients and their business customers, representing AT&Twith integrity and passion. You will be creating positive brand experiences, finding solutions to their unique needs, identifying opportunities to sell AT&T’s products and services. Above all you will be a key in contributing to the success and growth of the company, driving a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
What you’ll be doing as an AT&T Customer Representative:
- Act as the primary point of contact for AT&T customers, actively listening to their needs, offering solutions based on your knowledge of services and products we have available.
- Follow up on potential leads to present AT&T products and services, driving the sales closing rate and create valuable relationships for long-term retention.
- Inform these businesses of current and upcoming pricing advantages and promotions they can acquire.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell products to businesses, providing a positive and full customer experience, driving engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with businesses by presenting a unique experience tailored to their needs, building trust and giving on-going support to exceed customer satisfaction.

What are the skills/qualifications required for the AT&T Customer Representative?
- Experience in a similar position such as: customer service, sales, or any customer-facing role
