PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a leading window and door company in Traverse City that is seeking an Inside Sales & Showroom Specialist to join their growing team.
This is much more than a retail sales position. You'll serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, builders, and contractors while helping customers select premium window and door solutions for their homes and projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome homeowners, contractors, and builders into the showroom
- Learn customers' project goals and recommend the best window and door solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders
- Demonstrate products and showroom displays
- Answer showroom phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Build relationships with contractors and homeowners throughout the sales process
- Assist Outside Sales Representatives with quotes and project support
- Maintain customer information within CRM software
- Coordinate appointments, product orders, and project follow-up
- Help create an outstanding customer experience from the first visit through project completion
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, customer service, or showroom experience preferred
- Comfortable building relationships and talking with customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to read a tape measure and learn basic blueprint interpretation
- Motivated to learn and grow into a professional sales career
