Duties
- Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, soundboards, cameras, and lighting systems during worship services and special events
- Manage live video feeds, recordings, and streaming to ensure high-quality broadcast experiences for onsite and remote audiences
- Edit and produce multimedia content such as videos, slideshows, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Capture high-quality photographs and videography of church events, services, and community activities for promotional use
- Collaborate with worship leaders and staff to develop engaging visual presentations that complement the message
- Conduct post-production editing to refine video content for various platforms and purposes
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during services or events
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Atem Switcher, ProPresenter, Panasonic Camera, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with filming, videography, video editing, and post-production techniques
- Knowledge of video production workflows from filming to final editing using Final Cut Pro or similar software
- Strong understanding of lighting design and audio mixing for live environments
- Ability to operate live streaming platforms and manage multimedia hardware efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for visual storytelling
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and volunteers
