Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position may be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availability and office needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics effectively.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Previous experience with real estate, title, and/or legal offices is preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- We are willing to train a less experienced but motivated candidate.
