We are Cocktail Caravan, a woman-owned and operated beverage catering and mobile bartending company based in Boulder. We value our team, our craft, and our positive work environment. Our mixers are made with fresh, quality ingredients and a whole lot of care.
About You
We’re looking for a skilled and organized Prep Cook/Dishwasher to work alongside a small, friendly kitchen operation making our fresh-pressed cocktail and mocktail mixers for events and retail. You’ll help with production, maintain quality standards, and keep event gear and tools looking fresh, without the stress of a restaurant line.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working somewhat independently and taking pride in producing a high-quality, handcrafted product.
What You'll Do
- Execute daily prep list
- Receive orders
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all stages of production
- Sanitize work areas and equipment per HACCP & FDA standards
- Package products for events and retail
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience (production experience a plus)
- Current Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain before first shift)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage time efficiently with little supervision
- Comfortable with basic math and Excel formulas for inventory & production tracking
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

Location: Boulder, CO — must live nearby or be willing to commute regularly.
Availability: Primarily 10-4 Monday through Thursday with some days being slightly shorter and some slightly longer.
