Central ABA Services LLC is a growing ABA company seeking an RBT to join our team!
We currently have 4 clients available in the following location:
Boston, MA- (Prefers male staff) Twice a week, flexible days, 6-8 PM
Boston, MA- Saturday's after 10 AM and Sunday's after 3 PM
Boston, MA- Summer: Mon-Friday 3:30-6; School: Mon-Friday 4:30-6
Boston, MA- Weekdays 5-8 (Start date is August 20th)
*We are looking for candidates with in-home ABA therapy experience (at least 1 year)
Requirements include:
*reliable transportation to client's home
*Knowledge of ABA terminology and experience with data collection
*Comfortable/skilled at implementing behavior plans, prompting procedures, prompt fading procedures, community skills, activities of daily living skills
*Ability to collaborate with family members and BCBA
*Strong leadership skills (able to work independently when not being supervised by a BCBA)
Recommended, but not required
*Proficient with google suite (drive, google docs, google sheets, google meet, google calendar, gmail, etc.)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
