Bilingual Loan Advisor - Spanish / English

Lock It Lending is hiring a full-time Bilingual Loan Advisor who is fluent in both Spanish and English. This role is for someone who enjoys helping clients, building relationships, working the phone, and following a proven sales and loan process.
This is not a passive loan officer position. We provide warm leads, systems, support, and training, but the right person must be willing to make calls, follow up consistently, stay organized, and move files forward.
What You Will Do
As a Loan Advisor, you will help borrowers through the home loan process from initial conversation to pre-approval and loan closing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Speak with new warm leads quickly and professionally
- Spend 4+ hours per day on the phone with borrowers, realtors, and referral partners
- Evaluate borrower needs and help recommend suitable mortgage options
- Help borrowers complete applications and gather required documents
- Follow up with borrowers consistently until the file is ready
- Work closely with processors, underwriters, and internal team members
- Build strong relationships with borrowers, realtors, and partners
- Keep CRM notes, loan statuses, calls, texts, and emails updated daily
- Follow company systems, scripts, compliance rules, and management direction
- Complete daily follow-up tasks before ending the workday
Must-Have Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Mortgage loan officer experience preferred
- Comfortable being on the phone 4+ hours per day
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Able to multitask with leads, files, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Must follow instructions and company process
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willing to be coached
- Must be reliable, responsive, and professional
- Must be able to work in office

Compensation
This position includes a $4,000 monthly minimum guarantee, plus eligibility for a bonus structure based on production, performance, and company policy.

Performance Expectations
Loan Advisors are expected to maintain strong daily activity, fast lead response, accurate CRM documentation, and consistent follow-up. Success in this role depends on phone activity, borrower communication, document collection, and the ability to move loans forward efficiently.
Mortgage license preferred, but not required for the right candidate. We are open to someone who is not licensed yet if they are bilingual, coachable, hardworking, organized, and a strong fit for our team.
If hired without a license, the candidate must obtain the required mortgage loan originator license within 90 days. Studying, testing, completing licensing requirements, and passing the exam are the employee’s responsibility.
