Shift: 2nd 2:30pm-10:30pm M-F
Rate: $20-23.50
Position Summary
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading products
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions
