White House Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, a beautiful 5-STAR nursing home in Orange, NJ is looking to hire part time LPNs FT / PT 7-3 and 3-11 to join our team. Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts.
- Previous experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
LPN job duties and responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment.
- Assess and evaluate resident needs.
- Document accurate and thorough medical records.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to provide updates, address concerns, and coordinate care.
