We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Smoothie King as a Team Member. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering high-quality smoothies and exceptional customer service.
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude- Take orders and prepare smoothies according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Upsell and promote additional products, such as supplements or snacks
- Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 16 years old
