Part-Time Cleaner
Libertae is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our dedicated team. This position is scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible days and shifts, and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
The Cleaner plays an important role in supporting staff and residents by helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Routine responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; emptying trash; cleaning restrooms, windows, and mirrors; dusting; and completing other general cleaning duties. The role may also include periodic deep-cleaning tasks.

Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain required Act 33 Child Abuse and Act 34 Criminal History clearances
- Ability to complete pre-employment and random drug screens
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Physical ability to bend, lift, stand for extended periods, and perform the essential duties of the position
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries with all residents
