ProTech Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and growing HVAC company with 15+ years serving Richmond and the surrounding area. We're looking for an experienced Licensed Journeyman HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values honesty, and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, and package units.
- Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to customers.
- Complete service tickets accurately using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Qualifications
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of residential/light commercial service experience preferred
- Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Drug-free workplace
