QUALIFICATION:
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including spelling and math
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outstanding customer service to walk-in and telephone inquiries
- Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers valuable solutions
- Ability to learn and operate all equipment, software, and devices
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Prompt, reliable and responsible
