You'll build relationships with candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and help create a positive recruiting experience from first contact through onboarding.

- Conduct interviews and candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
- Promote career opportunities through job fairs, networking events, community outreach, and referral programs.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding hiring status and next steps.
- Build strong relationships with prospective drivers and community partners.
- Provide information about company opportunities, expectations, and benefits.
- Address candidate questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired drivers.
- Assist with new hire orientation and documentation requirements.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition into active service.
- Support initiatives designed to improve driver engagement and retention.
- Follow up with new hires to promote long-term success and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking information.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and staffing needs.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management as requested.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
