We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on creating qualified sales opportunities by connecting with business owners and scheduling product demonstrations for our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Engage business owners and decision-makers in conversations about their current challenges
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, interest level, and buying potential
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking within sales systems
- Follow up with prospects to improve attendance rates and engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
What Makes a Qualified Appointment?
A qualified appointment must include:
- A conversation with a business owner, decision-maker, or key stakeholder
- A business that could benefit from NovaBookings solutions
- Identified interest or a business challenge related to scheduling, lead management, customer communication, or software efficiency
- A prospect who agrees to attend a scheduled demonstration
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident communicating with business owners
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Motivated by performance-based earning potential
- Organized, consistent, and goal-oriented
- Coachable and willing to improve sales skills
- Interested in AI, technology, and helping businesses grow
Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or lead generation is preferred but not required. We value communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to learn.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Appointment Setting Compensation:
- $25 per qualified demo scheduled
- Additional $25 when the qualified prospect attends the scheduled demo
Potential earnings:
- 10 qualified demos booked/week = up to $500/week
- 20 qualified demos booked/week = up to $1,000/week
Additional Performance Bonuses:
- Earn bonuses for closed deals generated from your appointments
