High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited school.
At least 5+ years of machining or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Advanced machining and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to machine large or complex aviation components.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Leadership and mentoring capability.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, squat, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The Team Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. May work with toxic or caustic chemicals.
