Job Summary
Thank you for applying. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role will involve managing the front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the office. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors while efficiently managing various clerical tasks. Spanish and English are a must, as well as dental front desk experience at least 2 years.
What you’ll do
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanor
- Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry to keep records up to date
- Provide administrative support including calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation and communication
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed
Basic qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Spanish and English
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency to enhance communication with diverse clientele
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is necessary
- Familiarity with dental office management practices and clerical duties
