Pioneer Recovery Center is a small, mission-driven residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program serving women in Cloquet, Minnesota. We provide intentional client directed care in a supportive, relationship-focused environment with a strong focus on recovery, dignity, and community.
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to our counseling team while helping guide the continued growth of our program.

Responsibilities
● Provide clinical supervision for LADC, ADC-T, ADC intern, Peer Recovery Specialist in compliance with 245G requirements
● Ensure quality and compliance of clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries)
● Oversee implementation of evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment practices
● Collaborate with Program Director, Admissions Director, and Medical Director on client care
● Maintain open communication with ADC intern college Program Director(s) to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for interns
● Foster an environment which upholds the Pioneer Way Core Values, i.e. commitment, compassion, communication and community
● Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultation
● Monitor adherence to licensing, DHS, and 245G standards
● Support crisis response and high-risk client situations
● Assist with program development and continuous quality improvement

Qualifications
● Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota or other qualifying clinical license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist) with SUD experience
● Meets Minnesota supervision requirements for ADC-T, LADC, ADC intern and Peer Recovery Specialist candidates
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SUD treatment
● Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of 245G and ASAM criteria
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Commitment to client directed recovery-oriented care
