RetirementCFO is a growing boutique retirement planning and wealth management firm helping individuals and families across the country create successful retirements. We provide comprehensive retirement planning, investment management, and retirement income strategies — and we are expanding.
Your Mission
Free the advisor to focus on financial planning, client relationships, and business development by owning the operational side of the practice. You will serve as the go-to person for client service, account operations, meeting preparation, and day-to-day workflows.
What You Will Do
- Handle incoming client communications, routine inquiries, and service follow-ups
- Prepare and process new account paperwork, transfers (ACATs), and beneficiary updates
- Coordinate eSignature documents and track all paperwork through completion
- Prepare client review meeting materials, reports, and account summaries
- Manage advisor calendar, email workflows, and CRM records
- Support compliance processes and assist with licensing/CE tracking
- Identify inefficiencies and help build systems that allow the firm to scale

- Strong written and verbal communication; professional, client-first demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- High integrity and discretion with confidential client information
Experience & Background
Prior financial services experience is a plus but is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, accounting, insurance, professional services, or any detail-driven administrative role are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, or CRM platforms is helpful. Background check and fingerprinting required (standard for client-facing financial services roles).
