We are growing and looking for passionate early childhood professionals to join our team! We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Lead Toddler Teacher
- Lead Float Teacher

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care to children across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups while ensuring safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early learning, creativity, social-emotional growth, and development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Use positive behavior guidance and classroom management strategies
- Communicate effectively with families regarding child progress, milestones, and daily updates
- Assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, nap routines, and hygiene needs while following licensing and safety standards
- Support children with special needs or developmental differences through individualized care and activity modifications
- Collaborate with teachers and leadership to build a positive, team-focused culture
Qualifications
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices
- Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and positive behavior guidance skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively engage in play throughout the day
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for creating a safe, loving, and enriching learning environment
