We are a family owned and operated pool service company that has proudly served Central, South, East County, and Coastal San Diego for over 45 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our team.
We are seeking a dependable, energetic and hardworking individual who takes pride in providing excellent service to our customers. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits, steady work and long-term opportunity.
We are looking for someone with pool service experience, preferably 3+ years. Pay ranges from $22–$25 per hour depending on experience, reliability, and overall qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly swimming pool maintenance, including water balancing, equipment monitoring, netting, brushing and emptying baskets
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Complete assigned work accurately, responsibly and on time
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Communicate service issues or equipment concerns as needed
Qualifications
- Pool service experience preferred, ideally 3+ years
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be able to pass screening review
- Ability to repetitively lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to repetitively stoop, kneel and work outdoors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
