A Day in the Life as an Equipment Order Specialist
As an Equipment Order Specialist, you'll serve as a key liaison between CLS staff and distributors, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused order experience. Responsibilities include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for distributor accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all customer interactions

Partnering closely with the sales team to keep all stakeholders informed on order status and activities for assigned accounts

Accurately processing customer equipment orders

Responding to customer inquiries regarding availability and product information

Providing order follow-up, tracking information, and proactively addressing any order issues

Creating and maintaining work orders
