Qualification:
Able to fabricate and repair various items and equipment using cutting, burning, welding techniques and equipment.
Able to read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications.
Knowledge of welding machine settings and able to set them properly according to the material requirements.
Able to MIG Weld, and rework welding.
Understanding of the welding, burning, and fitting process to ensure parts are not overheated or damaged by warping, distortion, expansion, or shrinkage.
Able to undertake continuous training and development in a training facility setting.
Able to maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
