Nether Asphalt Sealing & Paving is looking for experienced or inexperienced laborers to handle paving responsibilities on job sites. We are in need of someone who is proficient in lute work, can shovel, and is willing/able to perform physically demanding work. The responsibilities of this job entail creating drainage with asphalt tools, working with equipment to pave driveways/patching, and sealcoating parking lots and driveways. We are looking for someone who is professional and responsible that can handle the tasks given to them and take pride in their work. We occasionally work weekends, but make a concerted effort to accommodate your life as well. We recognize the importance of work life balance and make arrangements as needed.
If you are someone with minimal to no asphalt experience, that is okay. All that we ask of you is to be open to teaching and enthusiastic to learn. We are not looking for a paycheck collector. We need someone who wants to perform work with pride and wants to put their best foot forward. We are quick to recognize this and reward extra effort monetarily.
Our crew works well together and has little friction. We treat our employees fairly and with dignity. I would never ask an employee to do something I am not fully willing and able to do myself as the person in charge. We get along well and anyone who joins our crew would need to do the same.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
