We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care across various settings.
This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- - Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Utilize physiology knowledge and medical terminology to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in physical therapy practice.
License/Certification: Dry Needling Certification (Preferred). NC Physical Therapy License (Required).
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient settings
- Proficiency in manual therapy and orthopedic treatments
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
- Ability to effectively manage patient care in a private practice setting

Pay: $75,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
