Private Client & On-Air Media Styling
I'm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Fashion Styling Intern to support a busy Fall season across private client and on-air media styling.
This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every stage of the styling process while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Styling Support
Unpack, organize, and prep incoming wardrobe deliveries
Steam garments and prepare looks
Assist with pre-pulls and showroom appointments
Support wardrobe fittings
Organize and maintain styling kits and wardrobes
Assist with packing and wrap-outs
Inventory & Logistics
Coordinate size exchanges
Process returns
Track incoming and outgoing shipments
Monitor online orders and delivery status
Maintain organized wardrobe inventory
Administrative Support
Receipt reconciliation
Billing and expense tracking
Monitor tailoring timelines and communicate with alteration specialists
Track tailoring status and garment pickups
General administrative support
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
Passionate about fashion and styling
Exceptionally organized
Detail-oriented
Proactive and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and discreet
Able to lift and transport garment bags, samples, and styling equipment when needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Fashion merchandising, styling, or design student (or recent graduate)
Knowledge of luxury designers and current fashion trends
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
