As our resident population continues to grow, we're adding another daytime Caregiver to our team. This isn't a replacement position. It's an investment in maintaining one of the best resident-to-staff ratios in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene area.
At Colonial Court, you'll care for a maximum of 48 residents in a locally owned and operated community where quality of care comes before corporate quotas. With an on-site nurse available every day of the week and leadership that works alongside the team, you'll have the support you need to succeed.
If you're looking for a place where your work is valued, your voice is heard, and you can build meaningful relationships with residents, we'd love to meet you.
What We're Looking For Reliability
Our residents depend on familiar faces. Being on time and honoring your schedule isn't just important, it's essential. If attendance has been a challenge in previous positions, this likely won't be the right fit.
Communication
We believe great care starts with great communication. Whether you're documenting care, updating teammates, or speaking with families, clear communication helps us provide exceptional service.
Compassion
Our residents deserve more than task-based care. Sit and visit. Go for a walk. Play a game. Share a laugh. We encourage our team to build genuine relationships because this is our residents' home.
Professionalism
We work hard to create a positive culture built on accountability, respect, and teamwork. Gossip, drama, and negativity don't belong here. We address concerns directly and support one another in providing outstanding care.
