Summary
We're hiring a full-time breakfast cook for the morning/day shift. This position is primarily a line cook, but there will be morning prep cook duties as well. Shifts are approximately 6 am - 2 pm.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and chef instructions.
- Set up and stock station with necessary supplies before and during shifts.
- Ensure food is cooked, plated, and presented according to restaurant standards.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating stock as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet service demands in a timely manner.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Follow all safety guidelines and kitchen procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation of service.
Qualifications
Prior restaurant, cooking or kitchen experience required.
