The Miles Ahead Group is looking for a dependable, flexible, and hardworking team member to join our growing company. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position that combines commercial/residential cleaning and rental car detailing.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety, staying active, working in different environments, and learning new skills. Your schedule and work location may vary depending on the needs of the business, so flexibility is extremely important.

- Commercial cleaning jobs are primarily after business hours, typically beginning between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM

Rental Car Detailing:
Our rental vehicles are cleaned and prepared in College Park, GA, near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Residential/Commercial Cleaning Services:
Our cleaning clients are primarily located in Gainesville, GA and surrounding service areas.
Please consider the travel requirements before applying. You must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to work in both areas as scheduled.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the day's schedule, responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning commercial offices and facilities
- Performing residential cleaning when needed
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and cleaning restrooms
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Cleaning and detailing rental vehicles between rental trips
- Vacuuming vehicle interiors
- Wiping and sanitizing interior surfaces
- Cleaning windows and mirrors
- Removing trash and debris
- Preparing vehicles to meet our rental-ready standards
- Inspecting your work for quality before completing each assignment
- Properly using and caring for company cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
- Traveling between job locations as needed
- Completing training for specialized cleaning services and equipment as required
What We're Looking For

- Has a valid driver's license
- Has reliable transportation
- Is available Monday–Friday with schedule flexibility
- Has a natural knack for cleaning and an eye for detail

- Is comfortable working cleaning houses and working evening commercial cleaning jobs
- Can reliably travel to College Park near the Atlanta airport AND Gainesville/surrounding areas
- Is dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Has a positive attitude and works well with a team
- Enjoys variety and doesn't mind doing different types of work throughout the week
- Is willing to learn and receive ongoing training
- Takes pride in doing detailed, high-quality work
- Can follow instructions, checklists, and company procedures
- Is willing to learn and consistently work according to the Miles Ahead standard
About the Role
At Miles Ahead, we take quality seriously. We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to "get the job done." Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, flexibility, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. Training will be provided.
