Duties
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of automotive roles, including sales, service technicians, management, and administrative positions.
- Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct full cycle recruiting from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific networks.
- Engage in HR sourcing activities such as cold calling, research, and lead generation to build a robust talent pool.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment & labor law compliance to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication skills and ongoing talent management efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within the automotive or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full cycle recruiting processes efficiently while maintaining high-quality candidate engagement.
- Exceptional research skills and relationship management capabilities to build long-term talent pipelines.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to lead generation and candidate sourcing.
