FIELD MANAGER (W-2)
Reliant Services is hiring an experienced FIELD MANAGER to join our growing team. This is a full-time W-2 position performing residential plumbing service, drain cleaning, sewer diagnostics, and excavation services throughout the Philadelphia region.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and clear clogged drains using drain cleaning equipment.
- Perform plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, stack repairs, and sewer service work.
- Conduct camera inspections and accurately document findings.
- Operate excavator for underground utility and excavation projects
- Dig trenches to proper depth and grade for sewer, water, and drain installations
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Backfill and properly compact trenches upon completion
- Safely load equipment and return trailer to shop after each job
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues immediately
- Follow all safety procedures and utility locating protocols
- Complete electronic work orders and communicate with dispatch throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Must have strong experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, and excavation.
- Must have relevant experience as a foreman/manager
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
- Knows how to do urgent repairs in case of emergency
- Must be emotionally steady and calm under pressure
