We are a growing commercial construction and roofing company seeking an experienced recruiter to help accelerate hiring efforts and support several critical positions over the next 60-90 days.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys headhunting, building relationships, and filling difficult positions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is not an administrative recruiting role.
We are looking for someone who:

Critical Positions to Recruit
- Business Development Manager
- Chief Estimator / Senior Estimator
- Project Managers
- Superintendents
- Roofing Sales Professionals
- Other leadership and operational positions as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical positions.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification and screening.
- Coordinate with company leadership regarding candidate progress.
- Maintain recruiting activity and pipeline reporting.
- Assist in developing recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and headhunting.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Commercial construction recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting estimators, superintendents, project managers, business development professionals, or sales professionals.
- Existing network within the construction industry.
- Experience recruiting leadership positions.
