Pay: $1,250 per week (Salary)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM + occasional Saturdays (Full Time)Reports To: Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Foreman who takes pride in leading a team, maintaining high standards, and delivering consistent results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead an assigned exterior cleaning crew throughout the workday
- Attend the daily operations meeting and review schedules, job scopes, and expectations
- Work alongside technicians to complete residential and commercial projects
- Assign responsibilities and keep the crew organized and productive
- Train and support new and existing team members
- Enforce company safety, quality, and customer-service standards
- Inspect completed work before leaving each property
- Conduct customer walkthroughs and address minor concerns
- Communicate job progress, delays, or issues to the Operations Manager
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment
- Help prevent callbacks, property damage, and unnecessary downtime
- Complete required job photos, paperwork, and documentation
This is a hands-on leadership position. Manual labor is required, and you must be comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, operating equipment, and leading by example.

Who You Are
- Previous foreman, crew leader, or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, roofing, painting, or a similar field-service industry is preferred
- Comfortable leading employees while working alongside them
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, outdoor work, and varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong communicator with both team members and customers
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Able to remain calm and make good decisions under pressure
- Willing to follow direction from the Operations Manager
- Growth-minded and motivated to build a long-term career
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.
