As a Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the DACH region, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients. You’ll support them in getting the most value out of Palisis solutions, ensuring their success and building long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the DACH region.
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth product adoption.
- Provide training, guidance, and product expertise to end-users.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with support and product teams.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
- Identify and flag potential upsell or expansion opportunities to a Senior Customer Success Manager or Account Executive.
- Support the renewal process by maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in tracking key customer health metrics and prepare summary reports for VP Customer Success.
- Act as the voice of the customer within Palisis to help improve our solutions.
- Native German speaker with excellent communication skills.
- High-level fluency in English (both written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
- +2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Support, Retail and internships is valued).
- Demonstrated passion for customer advocacy and problem-solving is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity or a strong interest in the SaaS, tourism, or transportation industries is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team.
