HUNTERSVILLE Cook Out – Crew Team Member **Position:** Crew Team Member **Location:** Huntersville Cook Out – **Hours:** Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available ### Job Summary Huntersville Cook Out is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team. Crew members are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a positive experience for every customer. We are hiring for daytime, evening, and late-night shifts. ### Responsibilities * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Accurately take customer orders and process transactions. * Prepare food according to Cook Out standards. * Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during busy periods. * Keep workstations, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized. * Stock food, paper products, and supplies as needed. * Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations. * Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. * Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Complete opening, shift-change, or closing duties as assigned. ### Requirements * Must be at least 16 years old. * Must have reliable transportation. * Weekend availability preferred. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required. ### What We Offer * Weekly pay * Flexible scheduling * Full-time and part-time opportunities * Advancement opportunities * Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment * Employee meal benefits Join the team at Sardis Cook Out and help us serve the highest quality food in the least amount of time while providing an outstanding customer experience.
