Service is your domain
As a Service Engineer based in Miami, you are the one who ensures that our yachts operate at the highest level locally. Whether it’s maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting, you’ll be on-site with our customers, making sure they can fully enjoy their time on the water. During the summer months, you will also work approximately 3 to 4 months in The Hamptons, where many of our clients spend their season.
Your role
As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our yachts for clients in the Miami area. During the summer, you will spend several months in The Hamptons to support our seasonal clients. You ensure every issue is resolved quickly and professionally and work closely with colleagues to deliver the highest level of service.
Your tasks include:
️ Performing maintenance and repairs on yacht systems and components
️ Diagnosing and efficiently resolving technical issues
️ Ensuring the perfect operation of mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic systems
️ Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to provide optimal customer support
