Sea Glass Mental Health is a therapist- and woman-owned Telehealth practice serving clients across Arizona and Hawaiʻi. We are growing and seeking compassionate, skilled therapists who want meaningful, sustainable work with a supportive team and minimal administrative burden.
This position is fully remote with flexible scheduling—you choose your hours.

- Independently Licensed Therapists: LPC / LCSW / LMHC
- Must be licensed and physically located in Arizona or Hawaiʻi

Position Summary
Provide high-quality therapy services to youth (14+) and adult clients, including:
- Intake assessments and accurate diagnosis
- Individualized treatment planning
- Evidence-based therapy
- Documentation compliant with AZBBHE and/or HI PVL requirements
- Crisis support as needed
- Participation in clinical consultation
Qualifications
- Independent license in Arizona or Hawaiʻi
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Professional malpractice insurance
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with SimplePractice & Google Workspace (or willingness to learn)
- Organized, collaborative, positive team plater
Work Expectations
- Part-time or full-time available
- You manage your own schedule
- Minimum caseload expectations : 10 hour/week
