AZ Window Services is Arizona’s go-to provider for window tinting, window cleaning, and window installation. We’re growing fast and looking for a high-performing sales representative with real industry experience to help us scale our window installation division.
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a skilled Window Sales Representative with experience in residential window sales. This is a field-based role covering all of Maricopa County, ideal for someone confident in estimating, educating clients, and closing high-value installation projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel to client sites across Maricopa County
- Sell window installation jobs to homeowners and commercial property owners
- Use your experience to assess scope of work and provide accurate measurements and quotes
- Close deals and submit projects to our operations team
- Educate customers on options, products, and timelines
- Represent AZ Window Services with integrity and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in both residential window installation sales
- Strong understanding of materials, measurements, and common installation challenges
- Ability to confidently estimate and close $10000–$50,000+ projects
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Willing to travel daily throughout Maricopa County
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
- Earn 5-15% of total revenue per job closed
- Average job values range from $10000 to $50,000+

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
