Come be a part of a over 30 years family owend Gast Station. We are a one stop shop with U-Haul, take out resturant, phone re-recharge, bill pay, propane exchange. We run two shifts per day morning is 6 0r 7am- 3pm and afternoon is 3pm to 11pm, 7 days a week. We are looking for biligunal workers as we are in a very diverse area of West Palm Beach. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Promote and sell additional products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
- Experience in technical sales, particularly in electronics, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a bonus for multilingual customer interactions
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features
