NOW HIRING – SOLAR INSTALLERS for a Ground-Mount Solar Project
Middletown/Trenton Ohio Area
40–50 Hours/Week, Weather Permitting
5 -6 Days/Week
Journeyman & Apprentice Positions Available
Tradeco Construction is seeking reliable Solar Installers for a ground-mount solar project near Middletown/Trenton Ohio.
Reliability is extremely important. Candidates must be dependable and prepared to work a full schedule in varying outdoor conditions.
Job Responsibilities
- Install solar racking and mechanical components
- Install wiring assemblies and solar modules
- Perform day-to-day mechanical installation activities
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Follow project specifications and installation procedures
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a solar construction crew
Qualifications
- Previous solar/PV installation experience preferred
- OMNI-Tracker experience strongly preferred
- Journeyman and Apprentice installers encouraged to apply
- Experience safely using hand and power tools
- OSHA 10 preferred — assistance may be available
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, wet, muddy, and other challenging conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Mechanical installation only — no electrical work required.
