Receptionist
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Process invoices accurately and maintain organized records
- Take customer orders and ensure information is entered correctly
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of office activities
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and courteous customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
