- Deliver high-quality patient care and evaluations
- Develop and progress individualized treatment plans
- Mentor and support Physical Therapists and support staff

Who We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for Wisconsin licensure
- 3+ Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
- Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for mentorship and team development
- Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
- Desire to continue treating while growing into a larger leadership role
