Tidy Temple Cleaning Co. is looking for an experienced, dependable cleaner to become an important part of our weekend field team.
Our weekends are especially important because we service short-term rentals with guests arriving that same day. We're looking for someone we can count on to step in, deliver exceptional cleans, complete quality checks, and help us make sure our clients and guests consistently receive 5-star service.
You'll absolutely clean — but this role is designed to grow into much more than that.
One day you may be preparing a short-term rental for arriving guests. Another day you may be stepping in when another cleaner is unavailable, completing a quality check at a client's home, taking photos or videos for our social media, or helping make sure a property is truly guest-ready.
Your job is simple: Help us deliver 5-star service, every time.
What You'll Do
Depending on the day, you may:
- Complete short-term rental and residential cleanings
- Step in when another cleaner is unexpectedly unavailable
- Prepare STR properties for incoming guests
- Complete quality-control inspections
- Catch and correct small details before they become client issues
- Take simple photos and videos while you're in the field for our social media team
- Help with property walkthroughs and occasional special projects
- Communicate with our operations team about anything that needs attention
- Be one of the people we can count on when the unexpected happens
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has professional residential or short-term rental cleaning experience
- Has a strong eye for detail
- Takes pride in leaving a home truly guest-ready
- Is extremely dependable
- Understands the importance of showing up when clients and guests are counting on us
- Can work independently and make good judgment calls
- Doesn't need someone standing over their shoulder to notice what needs to be done
- Is comfortable using a smartphone for checklists, photos and communication
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Is comfortable traveling throughout the Denver metro area
- Is interested in growing with a small, expanding company
