D7 opened its doors as a permanent unit in late 2020 in response to an increase in hospital census related to COVID. We are a medical surgical unit that sees a little bit of everything and have a very youthful staff that have been learning and growing together ever since! We would be a great place for a nurse who is looking to learn and grow with us. We offer support in many ways, including weekly progress meetings with our Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN). Our goal is to tailor orientation to meet the specific needs of the team members!
