Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated D365 Order Facilitator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced shipping environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a proven ability to identify and resolve order fulfillment issues, maintain inventory flow, and drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) experience preferably with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
- Identify and resolve domestic and international order processing and fulfillment issues.
- Monitor daily shipping activities and proactively address incomplete, delayed, or blocked orders.
- Replenish inventory in shipping and picking locations to support operational throughput.
- Monitor and adjust replenishment parameters and inventory levels as needed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for D365 warehouse and fulfillment processes.
- All other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4 year college degree.
- Have at least 4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience.
- Experience working in a high-volume shipping and distribution warehouse.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across warehouse operations teams.
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse process improvement initiatives preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Have computer knowledge, including a proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP system experience, Microsoft D365 preferred.
- Have experience leading a diverse warehouse staff with experience in training, motivating, and resolving employee relation's issues.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Be willing to listen, respond and empower teammates.
- Have the ability to collaboratively work across the Company, effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and teammates.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
