Join our dynamic restoration team as a Content Restoration Technician and become a vital part of helping clients recover from fire, water, mold, and other property damages. In this energetic role, you will perform hands-on restoration work, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to restore content and structures to their original condition. Your efforts will directly impact our clients’ recovery process, providing them with hope and solutions during challenging times. Duties
- Perform cleaning, drying, and content restoration tasks for residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, or mold damage
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials, perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other specialized restoration procedures
- Assist with construction-related repairs such as drywall replacement, flooring installation, and carpentry work to restore property integrity
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment and perform detailed cleaning of contents to ensure thorough restoration
- Follow safety protocols during all restoration activities, including proper handling of hazardous materials like asbestos or mold
- Document all work performed accurately through detailed reports and photographs for client records and insurance purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods during work shifts
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
