What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you'll help shape every customer's showroom experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through their product options
- Providing attentive, knowledgeable service that earns trust and repeat business
- Building lasting relationships with customers
- Answering questions both in person and by phone
- Keeping showroom displays clean, organized, and visually inviting
- Staying up to date on products and participating in sales promotions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking friendly, self-driven, professional individuals who care about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
At minimum, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for scheduled shifts, including weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and select holidays
- (We're closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.)
- A strong work ethic and a drive to achieve goals
- Basic math and communication skills
- A commitment to professionalism and integritySales experience is a plus but not required.
We'll provide hands-on training and support to help set you up for success.
Pay
This position offers strong earning potential through a combination of hourly pay, commission, and bonuses.
Associates performing at national averages can expect to earn $50,000 or more per year.
Schedule
The store is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Shifts typically run eight hours or more
- Two days off per week
- Every Sunday off

Sales Associates are assigned primarily to one of our Rapid City showrooms:
- Fischer Furniture
- Fischer Home Galleries
- Fischer Clearance Center
You may occasionally be asked to assist at another location as needed.
