Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Position Overview
A leading beverage distribution and supply company is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators to join their team immediately. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start work right away in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload route trucks according to delivery schedules.
- Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Stage, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality checks.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
- Experience operating electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, or order pickers preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and truck loading.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
- Beverage, food distribution, or high-volume warehouse experience.
- RF Scanner experience.
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
- Material handling and truck loading experience.
